This application should be submitted to us three weeks prior to the date guidance is requested.

Terms and Conditions
Our guiding services are principally free of charge. However, you are kindly requested to pay the expenses listed below.  
1) The transportation fee, 2000 (*3000) yen per guide person, to and from his/her home to the meeting place with you. Please pay the transportation fee to them in cash at the time of pick up.
     *We thank you for your inquiry for our airport assistance. We are facing a shortage of volunteer member who can assist guests at the airport.

       In order for us to recruit volunteer members from wider areas, we ask your understanding for the increase of the transportation fee. 

      The increase from 2000 to 3000 yen/volunteer will be effective for the application on and after January 1, 2024.

2) Expenses required for guiding after meeting such as the transportation charges, admission fees and meals (only when the guiding involves lunch time) during services, if any.

Our guiding services will be conducted by two persons for one to ten guests.
Our service is principally available from 8am to 6pm.
Our language for guidance is basically English.   
Please be noted that neither SKYLETS nor the guides accompanying are responsible for any accident that may occur during our services.

A guide request shall be received three weeks before the date of the requested service.
We will reply by e-mail within five days whether we can meet your request or not.
If you do not receive our reply by e-mail within five days, please contact us  here.

Because we have limited numbers of members, we may not always be able to respond to your request.
We may not be able to meet your request if you do not keep the date once you fixed.

At beginning of our guide service, we will also ask for your signature on an agreement form describing these terms and conditions.

All this information will be used only internally.

Pictures or videos taken by our guides during guiding services may be uploaded on our website to provide information for our guests to be in future guests.

If you do not wish to be included in such pictures or videos, please let the guides know.
